You can get the same benefits of complete protein by cooking the egg.

As someone else pointed out, risk is unavoidable- getting on a unicycle involves risk; to me, that’s all the more reason not to add to the list of risks by doing stuff like eating raw eggs.

and another thing is, how would you feel saying
‘yeah, I have four raw eggs for breakfast every day…’

as opposed to
‘I always drink my protein powder before school!!’

After seeing it, I’ve always wanted to dare myself to do it - just once anyway.
