I made an order on unicycle.com and came into an unexpected issue. I have two addresses saved on the site and I chose my home address as the shipping address. Once I made my order, I checked my confirmation email. Under the shipping address, it had both of my shipping addresses listed in this format:
My name
Home address, city, state, zip
College address, city, state, zip (different state)
Restates my home address city and state
Currently the order is still in the “Awaiting Fulfillment” stage because it is the weekend. I emailed customer service about the issue and gave my order number. Is there anything else I should do to prevent the order from being sent to my college address?
