Thanks… But now i want to take the decals off, take the frame and hang it up, then take a paint brush and dip it in some black paint, then flick the brush at the frame to get some cool splatter shapes all over it against that yellow background! I’ll post the results later. 
Use an old toothbrush to get the best splatter results!
Same thing…dip the tip of the bristles into the paint and then use your index finger (draw back with finger on the bristle)to splatter pant off the brush!
Much more control and better splatter results.
experiment a bit first.
i think he means more like slinging…like long streaks…instead of tiny dots…
I like the toothbrush idea yeah I’ll have to test that method. But yeah, I don’t really want little dots of color; more streaky and random.

Yesterday at the beach. The waves were GIGANTIC and hundreds of ppl were all standing watching them crashing down. It’s hard to tell from this pics, but there were 10-12’ sets.

Ok seriously, does this just look lame, or does anybody like this “scheme”. I used peel & stick blue and red gloss vinyl so I can easily remove it. Idk, I just get tired of frames looking so plain, but I think this may just look a bit to “Clowny”. I may just repaint the whole thing flat black with maybe some gray camo patterns on it. I think that would prolly look more hardcore.
Btw, my airhorn is out being repaired, so I’m back to this horn for now.

the muni is currently undergoing a long and slow make over involving chrome and respraying. ill post it when its finished but it will be a while

The red and blue doesn’t look good w/ the flames IMO.
If you removed the flames and made a camo w/ a lot more of the red and/or blue that might look cool.:o
