Post Your 36er Here

I have my G26er for that, which is faster than my ungeared 36er. And much more versatile. And yeah, climbing and negotiating tech terrain in high is a great workout! Sometimes I do it because I’m too lazy to downshift, lol!

Sweeeeeeeet! You picked a good color for it too.

They are VP All purpose pedals. I have a set and I love em for the price I paid.

I bent mine on the first or second ride I did with them (off road 36’ering, and I hit a rock pretty hard with one pedal).

Long Overdue

Not my best photos, and I only have my action cam right now, but I know I keep putting this off as I change things so I figured I should just post some already!

The handle bar has been slowly evolving with all purchasable parts and I like it quite a bit now. The PiBar part is really nice for mounting and climbing I think. It is adjustable in pretty much all directions and things will always pivot before breaking. Have my computer (wired since wireless range wasn’t good enough), Bell, hair bands hold my mp3 player, and the part hanging down is where the camera would go.

Lame stats to make it sound cooler than it is:
XLR Tire
Foss Tube
KH Freeride saddle and adjustable post
KHEbikes Simulator Pedals (really love these with my 5-10 shoes)
114mm Venture Cranks
Double Sensor MagnetsControl Tech Stoker Stem
Pi Bar
Cheapest Bontraeger Aero Bars I could find
Shims for litterally every joint

Whadya think? Should I put the bars in the handle bar thread as well?

Love thoes pedals!!

They’re my favorite so far. Someone gave them to me in Germany, I’ll have to find some more in the states now. What do you use them for?

Dynamo on a unicycle.

I took these pics last week. The dyno was installed two weeks ago. Should have installed it in the fall. My helmet light keeps failing during my comute. Need to replace the battery. The dynamo light is awsome. It puts out a very nice beam for the road and is bright. My flash light is brighter but scatters the light too much. I still use it for a flasher light. The dynamo light is steady beam only.

My new ride! I will be changing the hydraulic hose for a longer braided one and will be adding some water bottle cages.

Kris Holm Street

This is my 3rd 36er. I started on the original Big One roughly 6 years ago. Then, as soon as Coker came out with the V2, I got that beast. I installed a T7 handle, which I really like. However, after researching aero bars, I knew I wanted a change when I got my new Triton. I’ve only been on one short 10 mile ride with a lot of hills and I can honestly say that the aero bars are a huge help for the steep grades. Further, I did notice less perineum numbness. I won’t be ever riding without them.

I’m proud to introduce the newest member of the family, Qu-Ax Luxus Costello, right, seen here with one of his brothers. So that makes it eight kids: five unicycles and three unrideable and fairly useless bipeds.

(I’m sorry about the photo quality; I took it with an iPod Touch.)
