I cannot finish the first step for the life of me (uncrew the axel nuts) I got one off but the other is still on tight and there is nothing to grab onto otther than the bare bolt. The instructions pictures are worthless and I’m the first person to buy the 2012 model so it’s different anyways.

we’re good they just need a very specific tool but now I have the slip probmlem I’ll prob take it back tomorrow
Hey, I’ve got the same Uni and I found loosening the chain fixed the slip problem for me. I’ve also been told tightening the lock ring works as well but a lock ring wrench isn’t a common tool.
