This kind of ultimates is made by the German manufacturer Pichler. It’s a very
finebrand and they make very good unis and giraffes too. I have a uni, a giraffe
and, well, an ultimate from them. They are not very cheap, but the unis are
mostly perfect any detail and very stable. They also build some kinds of unusual
bikes, e.g. lying bikes (I don’t know the correct English word for this, it’s a
bike where you don’t sit but more lie on the saddle) and so called
Pedersen-bikes. If you are interested in that I can give you the address.
