I ordered some USA skill patches approximately forever ago (early April), and haven’t seen them yet. They cashed my check on April 22nd.
Does it normally take 4-5 months to get patches? Who do I need to talk to about this?

It generally takes 4-8 weeks I’m finding to receive my order of patches but certainly not the amount of time that you seem to have waited. Try contacting Carol Brichford at the USA headquarters in Michigan:
