What the title says, this frame is set up without a d-brake therefore, PLEASE NOTE: the small part is not part of the Oracle, please see the picture of the blue KH part. I used this last year half the season, worked great never ridden much, it’s just an extra frame that I really don’t use, so it might as well go to someone who will use it.
