The latest Unicycling Society of America (USA) On One Wheel magazine is now
finished and is in the mail for USA members. To view some of the pictures in
color that are in the On One Wheel visit the USA web site
(http://www.unicycling.org/usa/) and click on On One Wheel. The pictures are
nicely edited and are worth checking out. Remember this is only a very small
sample of the On One Wheel, all the good stuff is in the actual magazine itself.
Also at the USA web site, there is a link to the 1999 National Unicycle
Convention. This unicycling convention will have lots of MUni riding as well as
the traditional unicycle events. At the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, this
is a great place for MUni. The lodging for the convention will be at 2000 feet
at the base of a ski resort. To find out more about the upcoming convention,
visit the USA web site and click on the 1999 National Unicycle Convention link.
The registration form for the convention should be available any day now. When:
Saturday, July 31 to Tuesday, August 3, 1999 (The gym will be open on Friday
night for workshops and practice) Where: Snoqualmie Valley, Washington, thirty
miles east of Seattle.
The results from the 1998 National Unicycle Convention are also at the
USA web site.
