It sucks that you‘re not allow to use it for a Guiness world record attempt. I counted twice, and I‘m pretty sure it‘s a unicycle, so I‘m not quite sure why it wouldn‘t be allowed.
Anyway, to make it even faster I recommend yellow pedals (the red ones really slow it down!) and something like this: Post a picture of your unicycle(s) - #703 by Wheelou

Add some racing stickers… Each sticker will give you +5 rpm to your cadence

Why won’t Guiness let you use it? I mean the triton is also custom, isn’t it? I mean most unicycles are really…different cranks, seats, rims, tires, handlebars, colors, etc. So I’m a bit confused.

Because the rules are written by non-unicyclists. I think partly it’s derived from bicycling, where there are more restrictions on equipment.
I don’t consider Triton to be custom- they are not one-off unicycles. Likewise anyone can buy the rims/seats/cranks/handlebars I have on my unicycle.
