MP3 Players

What kind (if any) do you guys have? Mine’s an iRiver 512 MB w/internal memory (aka no removable card).

4th gen 20 gig iPod, black and white screen. Used mostly for work, it gets plugged into the boom box and left on shuffle for 8 hours a day.

gmini 400, my sexy machine is all i will ever need. barely leave home without it.

5th Generation 30gb Ipod Video. I had to stand in an exchange line for nearly an hour at BestBuy today, it flew by since I was able to watch a movie.

So far I’ve loaded 4000 songs, 4 movies(2 animated, 2 real life), 3 books, 200 photos, 7 or 8 episodes of TV shows… and I still have 10gb left. I could load the rest of my music on there, but I’m just gonna put more movies/TV on there.

4000 songs and the rest is 10 gig more?!?!?!

thats lotsa music.

i have jsut a cheap ipod shuffle. i only have like 15 songs on it. im gonna get more soon. ive had it for like ayear. my brother has a nano…

thats sweet

I’ve got a 6gig Ipod mini. Although it does not fit all my music on it, rotating artists and albums between my computer and it is quick and easy. The battery life on it is kickass, and with my new KOSS headphones the sound quality is as good as i could ever want.

Ah, don’t say that. Once you hear what real good audio quality is you’ll be spoiled and realize how sucky all the other headphones are.

There are some nice headphones available and a whole lot of crappy headphones. The challenge is to weed out the bad ones and find the really good ones. Places like Head-Fi can help with that.

Really good headphones make listening to music so much more enjoyable. Good headphones don’t have to be super expensive, and spending lots of money doesn’t guarantee that they’ll sound good. You can get some very good headphones in the $70 to $100 range. I haven’t found any for less that I’m happy with.

A black Elta 8820 MP3 with 512 MB SD card.
It works very well so I’m happy

Me too, I love it. It holds more than a Ipod mini and is cheaper.

I’ve got a Rio Nitrus 1.5g but it has problems… it randomly resets and turns off and back on on me. Probably happens 3 times an hour or so…

I bought a 60 gig ipod photo for my moped trip. I bet use it at least 12 hours a day, every day.

I have 55 gigs of music on it. Its awesome.

I got it cheap off ebay (Still New). Ipods are great because they have so many accessories. as soon as they come up with a decent car head unit thats compatible, I’m getting one.

I have an iPod shuffle which I don’t like at all and I’m planning to get the nano with store credit once return lines thin down.

I have an iRiver N10 512mb, which I love. And I got an iRiver T20 for xmas. They are both great, teeny tiny and between them they hold all my tunes.

What moped trip?
A moped trip sounds fun. It must be a little like a coker trip. Slow and people will look at you in afunny way.

excatly why i got it

ipod nano, only 2gb, but holds all my music.

I love it though.

Hi guys. While riding today I tried listening to my brother’s old mp3 player and it kept skipping because of the jolts and jumps it got in my pocket. Do all mp3 players skip? Particularly the ipods.
Help appreciated,
