Merryuni Christmas!

I got a pashley! I couldn’t believe it! my parents somehow got a pashley to west
coast usa in time for christmas! It turns out my dad called up pashley and had
the uni sent to a parts supplier in britain (nordic) and it hitched a ride with
the other parts my dad had ordered for his business! slack jawed and bug eyed!
This thing beats the snot out of my old zephyr. looking forward to some dry
weather so i can give the butte trails a shot cackle AND it’s blue! my fav!

You make it sound so simple, it was a little bit more complicated than you make
out in your story. Pashley didn’t actually have any unicycles available! So they
called me… I then arranged for one that was sort of free to go to Nordic! It
didn’t even work quite like that because in the end it did go directly from the
factory… wow that one was fun. You must have a great dad, he really did pull
quite a few strings to get it to you. Glad you like it.

I didn’t hear that end, but the end result is very much appreciated!! I took it
up to powell butte today, and wow was it a blast! That thing can eat up trail
with no trouble at all! with my newly acquired hopping skills, i was getting
over stuff that was intimidating to bikers! I ran into (not literally) my
spanish 101 teacher on my way out and he couldn’t believe his eyes! one of his
students was riding out of the woods on one wheel with mud stuck in the treads!
What a rush it was going downhill on the path over rocks and roots, i can’t
explain the feeling. Thank you very much! --Javan Ivey “did you see that guy?”

PS yeah, my dad is really a great guy
