Mark Gormley is rock and roll!

Thanks to the epic work of producer Phil Thomas Katt at The Uncharted Zone, Mark Gormley now has several music videos available that document his incredible rock talent. People have compared Mark to Led Zeppelin, David Bowie and Nick Drake, but this does little justice to the legendary greatness that is Mark’s music.

If you haven’t heard the name Mark Gormley before, I’d suggest you crawl out from under your rock and put on your headphones. This guy is a one man show that makes the Beatles sound amateur, and Metallica look like a bunch of pussies. Unfortunately, the Gormster has but one album available, but we’re still all amazed that so much rock can be contained by just one disc. Be careful you don’t blow your speakers out with these tunes.

Do yourself a favor and check this music out. It may change your life forever!

He should move away from the microphone when he breathes in. Far far away.

i dont know what you guys a re on eabout , i like it.

Dude,

Thanks for pulling me out from under my rock to hear this guy rock!

It’s best if you click on all four vids at once; turns out they were engineered for quadraphonic sound!

I’d rather be RickRolled.

Wake me up when the guy has a Wikipedia page.

this guy’s gonna be huge

When will these musical, lyrical gems begin appearing in the “what are you listening to now” thread?

I’d be banned for turbo-posting in that thread. I’ve had “Little Wings” on repeat throughout my workday, all week.

I think my head just asploded.

Cancel all your plans for next week! Mark Gormley just released a new video!

Also, check out his fan site at http://www.markgormley.com/

If that’s meant to be amusing, then it’s one joke done to death. Funny for 15 seconds.

In the unlikely event that it’s meant to be serious then all I can say is that if he turned up at one of our music sessions or at our folk club, people would retreat to the bar after the first song. It’s drivel. I know a couple of dozen better amateur singers, musicians and song writers locally.

And as for rock and roll: no it isn’t.

But de gustibus and all that. If you like it, enjoy it.

How does he float in space with no air?

Ah, but imagine if that song was redone by The Chieftains. It could be a hit.

I can’t watch youtube at home, so…

that ain’t so hard.

This is just wrong…

so funny.

I played all 5 at once, and unfortunately they can’t even drown eachother out. Totally brutal.
