I´m using the current model of Qu-Ax 36 Luxus to do some Coker XC which is great fun. The only thing going on my nervs was the V-brake. On my long distance KH36 I have the standard magura which is far better to control, compatible for the KH Spooner and adjustable for long downhill rides.
But now I’m really happy as one of my friends created a cnc cutted break holder for a Magura break that fits on the standard V-break holder on my Qu-Ax. Today I did my ride and it’s really perfect. Find attached some pictures.
He also told me he is able to produce more of these so let me know if you are interested. He also said that it would work for other unis with V-brakes like the current coker but he would need to measure the frame first.
