The seatpost in the pic is not a pivotal post. Is there a separate pivotal post or is that a mistake?
It might also be useful to include a general location, and if you are willing to ship it or not.
Looks like a pivotal post l to me. Or should I say it does not look like a standard seat post.
Pivotal seat posts are those used for the Pivotal standard (Fusion Zero and Fusion One saddles). This is definitely not a pivotal seat post. It is an old KH adjustable 4-bolt seat post. 
It looks like a newer single piece version of an old KH adjustable 4-bolt seat post.
I stand corrected. It’s the adjustable (fore and aft) like I have on several other mUni). Fixed the ad. I have a “Pivot” seatpost on my KH19 trials uni. It attaches in the middle of the saddle like the Shadow Handle on my old Nimbus 36er. Thanks for the clarification.
