KH Moments dual hole

Hey guys,

I have a 29er with 125/150 dual hole cranks. I am starting to think that I may want slightly shorter cranks, something around the 100mm mark or less.
What I want to know is it would be viable to drill another hole into the crank to enable me to do this, tripple holed cranks if you will.

Has anyone done this before? Any thoughts about this I am worried as I don’t want to ruin my cranks at all, just trying to save myself buying new cranks or buying the shorter moments.


I assume having that many holes dosnt affect the strength to the point that the crank may bend or twist. I think I’ll go for 4 holes in total.
