Hey, I have a cheap cyclepro unicycle that I learned to ride on. Now that I am doing tricks, i was wondering if it would help or make it easier to do tricks if i switched to a thicker wheel–mine looks kinda thin compared to the ones i see people in videos using, i thought those help you to jump and do static tricks. is this true? if so, where can i buy only the wheel? thanks
A fat tyre will help you with jumps. It’ll give you bounce and will cushion your drop. I’m not sure whether it helps significantly with static tricks. You can buy a new wheelset depending on where you live. Go to your area’s udc.
