I recently rode, although it is not quite done, my homemade wooden unicycle with
a 3 by 26 tire. The frame was laminated in two double curved halves similar to
the Schwinn or the Semcycle deluxe, but then they were epoxied and fiberglassed
together with a bridge above the wheel. The whole frame is fiberglassed with
epoxy. I am pleased with the results, but am planning another lighter version
