It was related to the feature that allows you to reply to post and message notifications directly by email.
I don’t think it has caused any visible issue (supposedly no replies were sucked into a digital black hole), but just in case, I prefer to notify you. Maybe you came across some issue I’m not aware of.
Anyway, it should be fixed.
