How to carry an mp3 player on a coker.

You said you had a case for your mp3 player so why don’t you just make a nice strap out of some duct tape and some fabric (so it don’t feel so ooogly) and then make a sort of a messenger bag pack to put it in, so it slings over one shoulder and rests on the middle of your back but you can pull it around to the front to press buttons then just pull the strap so it comes around to your back again.

It should be super easy to make the only hard part would be if you wanted to put a clasp to hold the case closed so you can put it in and take it out.

He used up all his duct tape. And I like that ooogly feeling.

He needs to velcro the mp3 player to his helmet, uni to the store, buy a case of duct tape, and (reserving some for future projects), fashion a nice strap as you described, then peel off and discard the velcro.

Or instead of a strap, he could shave some body part, then duct tape the mp3 player to that body part.

That was my original plan, to duct tape it to my arm…I wouldn’t need to worry about shaving though, after I take it off the first time.

Ouch time!

I had a horrible gash (caution, not for the squeemish) on the back of my calf from a pedal pin a few years ago. The wound became so sensitive – I experienced so much pain from the bandages pulling on my leg hairs that I shaved the area. Then I kept going… it was winter, so I thought “what the heck”. I’ve been shaving my legs ever since. Then I fell off my Coker at 20.1 MPH and slid on the cement (the tramcar track on the boardwalk in Wildwood, NJ). I took off a patch of skin on the side of my leg. No problem! Nice, clean wound (no hair). I went to the local CVS and then taped a gauze pad to my leg.

So, the moral of this story is… um, shave your entire body in preparation for a wound, with the added benefit of being able to tape anything* anywhere at any time. (no, I don’t shave my entire body)

i did that when i got a pedal bite. works well. anywho, under your seat is your best bet. and wear headphones as apposed to plugs. phones will come off easy. plugs will rip your ear. u could even cut out the shape of the control buttons, commit their positions to memory and then still be able to change songs with it strapped in. helmets a gd idea too.
