To answer your question: yes, many of us know how to install spokes.

Take a look at Sheldon Brown’s site. He knows all there is to know about rims, spokes, hubs and wheelbuilding.
You put the spoke through the hole in the hub and screw it into the nipple. You could also bring it to me and I’d take it to the shop and have them do it, for a cost.
