Might be a bit of a long shot, but does anybody know what angle that the top triangle shape part of the hatchet frame tapers in at from the back to the front of the frame? I am attempting to design a light mount but with the taper of this part of the frame the light wouldn’t point straightforward, rather to the side. Thanks 
As there is a hatchet in your profile picture, I can’t resist asking: “why don’t you just measure it?”
Simply put, I don’t trust myself to measure accurately 
You should probably design some adjustment into the light holder anyway. Dig out your set square from school and you’ll get within a few degrees, you can always print out a 2d sketch of your part, cut it out and check it against your frame.
How are you planning on making the part, 3D print?
Yes, was planning to 3d print it, and have it attach via cable ties
