if i wanted to get better at trials i would change to,
RLL. because this is clearly the best stance for trials. hence why kris holm and ryan atkins are really good. (although not just because they have the best stances, they practice and probably eat their vegetables)

I used to be LLR (seat in and out).
Unfortunately, I kept getting knee injuries (landing on my right knee).
After watching videos, and getting tired of the same reoccuring injury, I started hopping only RLL.
Currently, I can hop LLR or RLL seat out . . .
but I only hop well with the left hand seat in.
