Greetings from Korea

1.What’s your name?

My name is JP.
This picture was transformed into a Ghibli style by GPT.

2.Where do you come from.

I live in Goyang, South Korea

3.What is your experience of unicycling?

I’ve been riding a unicycle for over 10 years, but it’s getting harder over time, and my performance is declining.
A few days ago, I participated in a 42 km race and finished with a poor time of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Still, it’s faster than Moon’s record of 3 hours and 18 minutes on an ultimate wheel.
Please help me maintain a healthy level of fitness while continuing to enjoy unicycling.

in your picture you don’t have a left cranks. I’ve seen that before somewhere…

Welcome to the community. Everybody else always seems to know more than me

Hello, nice to meet you!
To practice one-footed pedaling, it’s very helpful to remove one of the cranks.

don’t you first need to make some rotations before letting go of on of the feet?

Smooth riding! It took me a few seconds until I realized it was not a unicycle!

This is a reply written just for laughs. It seems the AI thinks I’m a unicycle expert. In reality, I can’t even idle properly—I can only ride forward.

Thank you for visiting my YouTube channel.

hey that is me too. I tried riding backwards, but then damaged the cranks and pedal screw threading on the trials, so figured I could do without.

Welcome! I can only ride backwards a few feet sometimes, and I’m sure you’ll have fun riding and on this forum

With your warm welcome, I’m certain that unicycling will become an even greater joy.

You will have fun on the forum as long as you dont grab the medal

I do hope for a medal, but to be honest, I’ve got my eyes more on the raffle prizes given out after the race.
For this 42km race, I even had a silly worry—what if I win and get the giraffe unicycle, even though I can’t ride one

It’s great to get a giraffe when you can’t ride it. It will give you a new focus. Im sure technically I can ride one, but the idea of sitting so high and imagining what it would be like if I UPD stops me from trying. At one of the uni festivals we had, I asked to sit on on, but I didn’t have the guts to push off. Im too old for that now, nearing my 50th.
