It think it is referring to the UK National Cycle Network route 533 which appears to be “Birmingham & Fazeley Canal”.

Update, DO NOT DO THIS, at least not on a 36, countless low bridges, low hanging trees, the path is VERY inconsistent, and inches from the canal edge, i had to push it most of the way, calling it quits, something i thought i might really enjoy turned shit real quick only made it 20 miles or so
