Just got back from my cast preview of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Ate breakfast at a place called Restaurantosaurus. The place is supposed to
resemble a college student atmosphere. There is a bunch of stuff all over the
walls and hanging from the ceiling. Just above our table was an older model
Schwinn Giraffe Unicycle. I asked if I could ride it but unfortunately it was
bolted up there.

But what a waste of a good unicycle! There are people all over the place willing
to pay a nice chunk of change for a Schwinn Giraffe, even if it’s the older
model (how could you tell from below?) with the unscrewing sprocket.
So what and where is Disney’s Animal Kingdom?
I am reminded of the TGI Friday’s restaurant in Southfield, MI (the new home of
Schwinn?). When I worked in that area in the mid-80’s they had an old hand-made
unicycle hanging from the ceiling, stuffed between the canoe and other attic
stuff up there.
