Great Thread! This will help many people when they want to custom build there uni

Now i just need to decide if i want to just buy a stock KH trials or costum build a trials, probably go with a custom so i can get profiles =p

you can get stock kh’s and other uni’s with profiles

interesting thread isaac. i agree mostly with  good job.

on the note of the torker DX ('06) : very good unicycle if you dont mind the weight, often a good choise over the qu-ax as it is cheaper.
things to replace: tire (eww, creepy crawler), pedals and eventually others (if you like carbon fibre bases and rail seat posts and fusion seats).
well designed crankset built into a nice dx32 wheel.

even though i managed to snap the frame well within 3 months of buying it, i still saved money over the qu-ax (after buying a replacement nimbus II frame).
frame is a better design than the old qu-ax and the cranks still in good nick even after the abuse it get from me.

i recommend this unicycle over the nimbus and probably qu-ax (even after replacing the frame with a new one its still cheaper than qu-ax).

this week i shall buy my first muni, a new kh 24". yes yes

I would put the qu-ax in the original post…

Good job Giraffe! I wish this was here a few months ago!

How about getting a UDC Gel seat in? What about putting little descriptions for each Unicycle Component Option

eg. This option is suited for Street.
This option is suited towards more Trials riding.

hmmm my edit button’s disappeared

alright, the time has come for me to buy a new uni and i just cant decide whether to go with option 3(i had been messing around putting together parts to build a uni and i came up with that and then found this thread…what a coincidence haha) or to get the KH trials.

I dont need pedals or a tire, so the monetary difference between the KH and option 3 is about 85 dollars.
So my question is, would it be worth it to just spend the extra 80 or so and go for the KH or will building it custom be just as good?
thanks for the help, i really need it haha

lol the only difference between option 3 and the new kh trials is the frame, and it would probably be worth it to get the new frame…soo light

haha, yea i figured that was about the only difference or anything.
hmm
