FOR SALE: Nimbus 29er Mountain Unicycle

Hey all, I am currently putting out some feelers for a buyer for my 29er unicycle.

I am in Hawaii currently but will be returning to NC where it is located in a couple weeks and will be able to respond with more info and photos then. But for now I am searching for people interested in buying it.

Here is a link to the model:

It has a Nimbus VCX ISIS 150mm crankset, a 300mm seat post, also upgraded the saddle to a Kris Holm Freeride:

I only used the unicycle for about two months learning to ride. The front and rear of the saddle has some dings and scratches. Over all it is in fairly new condition!

I purchased the Unicycle and Saddle for $555. Make me a reasonable offer! I’m willing to ship within the CONUS 48.

I accept PayPal (+4% for G&S), Venmo or CashApp

Let me know if you are interested, once I am back in NC I can send more photographs and ship it out!

I might be interested but my inseam is 29" and I worry this would be too big…

What part of NC?

The frame is designed to accommodate a wide range of inseams. They just sell 3 different size seat posts. I have the mid length post that can be cut to whatever size you need.

It’s located in Barnardsville, outside of Asheville.

I’m in Winston, which is a bit far, otherwise I might check it out. The website says minimum 32" inseam which might literally be cutting it close.

So you learned to ride but you aren’t going to stay with it? I’m interested to hear your experience, if you want to share it.

Yes, minimum inseam is 32” inches with a 200mm post. 36” is minimum for the 300mm post that I have, and I have a 32” inseam. The minimum inseam is due to the post going through the frame all the way and hitting the tire, which means you would just need to cut it. That is my understanding.

If you are interested but just concerned about the inseam shoot the guys at Unicycle.com an email, they are very responsive!

I just moved to Hawaii and am selling my belongings on the mainland. I’ve been redirecting my energy to learning to surf out here!

Anyone interested in making me an offer? I have a flight booked to return to NC on the 23rd of April.

I may be interested. Sounds like there’s currently no brake on it? Looks like the stock tire?

How tall are you/how tall of a person do you think that the seatpost would work for?

Hey there,

This model didn’t come with the brake, that is an upgrade, but I did upgrade the saddle. Everything else is stock parts.

I am 6’3” with a 33-34” inseam. I bought the 300mm post and I have the post pretty much down as much as it can go. I have messed around with the seat heights quite a bit as I was learning. I could ride it higher and maybe even lower, it’s all a matter of preference.

It is an aluminum post that can easily be trimmer and then rounded with a file and sand paper, if you need it to go lower. It has several inches left if you need to go higher.

They also sell a smaller post and a longer one of you wanted an uncut post. They aren’t expensive.

I’m open to a reasonable offers and down to package it up nice and ship it within the CONUS 48. I’ll be back in NC on April 23rd and could ship it out on the weekend if you decided to get it!

Thanks for your interest!
