Does anybody know if any famous people ride unicycles?? For example, Does Sunny,
or Share ride one? If you know of any, please tell us, or at least me!!!

Sadly, Sonny passed away in a skiing accident last year. A few years ago I was
told he was in my audience when I was doing a street show. When asked what he
did, I was told he was smiling. Since I didn’t notice, I didn’t use him as a
volunteer to demo the uni nor did he come up afterwards to take it for a spin.
However, I was an extra in the movie “In the Line of Fire” w/Clint Eastwood
though the uni was cut out 
. While I was giving a demo for some folks Clint
came over & asked me a lot of questions about the uni. I offered to let him ride
& private lessons but he never phoned so perhaps he really can ride but he’s a
closet unicyclist ;-).

I remember reading somewhere that Richard Branson rides a unicycle…he’d be
better off sticking with it rather than ballooning it seems to me !
Might be worth remembering if you’re going to fly with Virgin and want to take
your uni without any hassle !

My son saw an edition of Sports Illustrated for Kids on television which
profiled Steve Young, SF 49ers quarterback.On the show he rode a unicycle. He
talked about delivering newspapers on a unicycle as a kid.

I taugh superstart Japanese singer Hideki Saijo to ride about 15 years ago, and
he was able to ride straight and do simple turns.

Remember the super-famous Alps skiing champion Stenmark. Not only could he
ride, but did/dos so quite well. We toook tons of pictures when he came to
Tokyo ages ago.

For those of you who are youngsters, Mr. Rumsfeld was the Chairman of Gilead Sciences, among other corporate posts. He was a congressman from Illinois, and he was the Secretary of Defense for the US. Twice!
