I think you should get more solid at doing it without the straitjacket first.

Does anybody know who the guy was performing at the Javits Center?

One of our unicycle club members joined a circus. She married the lion tamer.
Then they both left to go back to college. A big loss for a little circus.

Anyway, she was able to free-mount her giraffe in the show. She would try it
at most three times before giving up. Most of the time she made it in one or
two tries.

Who? What circus? I’m sure neither of them would be embarrassed if you told.

Gone are the days when two Redford club members battled it out to see who could
do the most consecutive giraffe freemounts. In 1981 at the Redford Mini-Meet,
Carol Bahorich and John Foss both did 129 official consecutive mounts and one
unofficial, for a total of 130. Carol on her 4’ Penguin and John on his Schwinn
6’. These are world records to the extent of my knowledge. Though there are
undoubtedly professional performers who successfully freemount in every show
without thinking about it (myself included in years past), that contest in 1981
is the only official recording I know of.
