A friend and I developed an emoji decorations feature, and I’ve installed it here.
You can create effects like this: f-wobble:
Here’s the list:
Different decorations appear in the auto-completion and the emoji selector:

Is it within the budget to create a :UPD: emoji of a unicyclist falling off a uni? That’s all I really want right now.

Seems a bit overcomplicated with the set of predefined effect, alas.
f-spin,flip: f-wobble:
I’m not sure I can do better than this and it requires hacky html:
<big>:walking_woman:f-spin,flip:</big><big>:uni:f-wobble:</big>
That said, I’m open to new effects… As long as my CSS skills can achieve them

I have had all three versions above, of UPD. All three are accurate, for me.

How did you manage to UPD in the front while the unicycle spins backwards? I imagine you riding backwards and somehow plunging in your forward facing direction when hitting a big bump.

On a unicycle anything is possible.
