I don’t actually see what the chat is for.
I always use the message, but in the early days of when you enabled it people where trying it out with me.
If you’re wondering whether to disable the chat or not, I’d say disable it if it costs money.
I don’t care about the chat, but with these weird security things now, it’s costing money, and I don’t know if the chat costs something to operate.

It doesn’t, it’s just a built-in feature from the forum software :slight_smile:

I’ve enabled it only for user-to-user (or group) discussion. It’s a faster, more straightforward way to communicate with someone, but also less practical than regular PMs for large messages or with media.
