Hahahahahahha, nice!
I loved it!
This is the original video if anyone wants to see it.
Personally, I think it is better done.

My psychology professor played this during one of his lectures. Something about how much attention affects perception. I’m not sure. I wasn’t listening.
I didn’t see it even the second time I watched.
I must be unusually distracted. Or just plain blind.
1) Pause it at 0:17 and you’ll see it.
2) Don’t worry cause this has been done so many times b4 that i don’t really care about it.
Yo miro el video, me gusta mucho el video. It scared me though when i seriously noticed it.
AWESOME! I LOVED IT!
I will putn it on my favorites on My ORKUT (Personal Page like My Space, but from google…)
Really?
That video you linked is done better than the original post in this thread?
Do you know there is a difference between better done and personal liking?
I’m looking for the little devil one. But i can’t seem to find it.
When I saw the test I was careful not to focus at all on it lest some ghost or demon jump out and scream. Too many joke videos around that try to scare you.
Here’s a better cyclist awareness video.
yes, I do.
I think that it is better done because the Gorilla is much more obvious and does more to draw attention.

I’d just be happy if it actually made cars notice bikers.
I had a van almost hit me last week. One way road, bike lane on the left, van on my right goes through an intersection and then makes a sharp left into a parking lot almost taking me out. I was pulling a 6 foot trailer and wearing day glow green, I’m not sure how the dumb b*** didn’t see me. The only reason I wasn’t hit was because I was smart enough to be aware that most drivers are idiots and had an exit strategy already sited.
(The trailer, btw, had a Torker Giraffe, Torker LX, and a crapload of juggling gear in it. I would have been pissed if she’d ran it over.)
Cool.
I just found this video outside of this thread but then searched the forums for it.
In case you haven’t seen it:
very good! pass it on to drivers
That was cool, thanks for sharing.
True story from last year (and variations of it have happened to me too many times). I was pulling up to a T junction on my motorbike. I looked for motor traffic then made a second specific check for bicycles.
A fair distance away, on the pavement (US = sidewalk) and no threat to me, I saw an old-style Moulton. I paused to “take in the detail” and then nearly pulled out in front of a bus I’d not noticed.
When I used to work in the motor department (at an insurance company) I occasionally got annoyed by Policyholders who went on too long about how difficult it was to see a “speeding” motorbike or an “unlit” cyclist. A few times I responded, “You’d have seen a naked woman at twice the distance” and once or twice the cusotmer had the good grace to concede my point.
We wouldn’t get away with that now, of course. Personality at work is forbidden.
