To continue the recent trend of displaying photographic
evidence of unfortunate incidents, I am posting this image.
I was cycling home quite happily this evening when I felt
something fall from my bag. I reversed back toward the
spot where the item had fallen, but alas, did so without
due care and attention. This is the result.
You must feel pretty crushed now.

are you serious or joking? well just incase you aren’t joking, look at the picture above… he crushed his nuts… I don’t know if you would call this a “pun” or not. The word “nuts” typically refers to one’s testicles, but this was a play on words i suppose, because the picture DID show crushed nuts. But they weren’t testicles, they were actually real nuts, and thank goodness too, because i really would NOT have wanted to see the testicle form of the word “nuts”. 
Now that that’s perfectly clear . . . or would another picture help?
