My crank always comes loose, I keep tightening it but it comes loose again! I have a 24" torker lx help!

This is the crank not the pedals coming loose from the crankarm?
its comming loose where the crank meets the axel, I have to keep tightening it. I dont ride on it when it becomes loose. I just go and tighten it again
