that means your revolutions was 4 per second
on my torker 20" i can cheat by moving the magnet with my hands back and forth(not saying you cheated) i also notice when at high speeds when you fall off your wheel spins a lot faster. i was going at a comfortable speed and it said my max was 17(i only wish)
