Mine came with the shim too and it was needed.
The cranks are 145mm.
Yeah the shim is necessary and the one thing I don’t like because it shifts and creeps up when I raise the saddle! So I will likely just glue it into place. Cranks are 140mm K1 light. Really nice. And I thought I would be getting the green, but in person the yellow is actually pretty awesome! 
What size post would does it have/should it have? Possibly a new post wuld be good?

It comes with a 27.2mm post. There is no post that fits the frame without a shim.

How much does the xtp weigh? How heavy is it compared to a Nimbus trials?
On my doctor’s scale, it weighs in at just about 12lbs. Could probably shave off another pound or more with k1 lite cranks, plastic pedals, and a cyko lite 2.5 trials tire. But I’m very happy with it as is!
A Nimbus trials and a Koxx-One Devil (XTP Fluo) will be very similar in weight.
What will be better for trials/street/flat? This or a nimbus trials?
That seat post spacer is much more annoying than I thought it would be. It seems to have a bit of a lip that is wider than the frame even, so the clamp was hard to get on and now it’s hard to adjust the seat very much.
You’re supposed to put the clamp on before the spacer. It is a pain because it shifts around, up & down when I want to change saddle height. I’m thinking about cutting or grinding the lip off the tube spacer so I can then just glue it in place, and still be able to take the clamp off without it being stopped by the lip.
