I started producing carbon bases 3 years ago and today I am happy to introduce my “brand” dedicated to carbon parts’ production: Fearless Carbon Saddles.

I developed with @Mael (Mael Robert) three main models:
- The classic shape suitable for most disciplines
- A trial saddle
- A carbon base for KH Fusion One/ Zero
I also produce carbon plates for handle reinforcement and I did a prototype of the angle bar for KH T-bar (still being tested).
I produce the parts and Mael do the 3D model and print the molds. This collaboration allow us to produce any shape of carbon seat !
If you have special needs (e.g. a thiner, flatter, longer saddle or a shape never seen before) we can discuss about your project and produce a carbon saddle for you !
You want a unique saddle ? No problem, you can choose the color of your base: red, blue, green, purple or yellow. But you can also choose the clear coat: Matt, satin or gloss !

Every carbon part is produced by hand in France and on demand, I do not have stock.
Prices:
- carbon bases: 130€ for the classic shape and the trial shape
205€ for the full trial carbon saddle (carbon base + foam + cover) - Reinforcement plate: 15€
- Custom carbon base: 145€ for the base + 75-100€ for the mold depending on the complexity of the desired shape.
Every base comes with screws, inserts and a protection to put between the base and seat post to prevent any damage on the carbon.
