If Scott is reshaping his bases to fit KH hardware then there is no doubt that he will redo his death grips to fit his new bases well. I wouldn’t worry about it.

You should get a plastic base. I mean you have bad form, your broke a god damn dx rim. I say break more plastics before you break anything else expensive.

Yeah, fileing isn’t that hard. I did it, just take your time. Oh yeah when you installing the handles / tightening if they free spin don’t worry, there is an easy way to fix that. Get 2 sets of bolts, regular and lock alright. Put the regulaer ones on first, you should be able to use your fingers then install the bolts with nylon or whatever. Ohterwise the they will start to freestpin since the losck nuts go on rough. Do it for every bolt and make your life easy man.

unidude, I’m not sure what you meant when you asked if you needed to spray tac the foam on. You can just put it on and put the cover over it like normal, you don’t need to glue it or anything.
