I have a tom miller and a pichlerad (german Brand), both 5.5 feet and both come
apart in the middle.
I like the tom miller, but it is awfully heavy ( I travel a lot). The
pichlorad is great except, it doesn’t pull apart well at all. The clamp seems
flimsy, it’s hard to tighten down enough, and perversely enough, even though
it is hard to tighten, it’s always very hard to pull the top seat post part
out of bottom part.
Any suggestions? I would really like to find a nice lightweight 5.5 foot uni
that pulls apart easily.
