Berkeley Juggling and Unicycle Festival (October 7-9)

First time on a coker man do I have the bug…havn’t ridden with a group of unicyclists that big in at least 10 years so that was great as well… Thank you all for waiting for me and my little wheel…by the time I got on my bicycle I had done somewhere around 20 miles, today only my arms and upper back are a little sore but that feels good…Hope to go on more group rolls -esp. in the city proper…there must be someone else on here who unis in sf …please get in touch…anyway great day thanx again…

I’m not in SF, but just across the bridge. I love riding in Sf, especially on a coker. You did a good job of keeping up with the bigger wheels!

Yeah, I noticed that! And i talked to the reporter girl for a long time, and even gave her my business card! AND a unicycle lesson. geez!

I finally got my photos up and online. I was busy organizing most of the time, so there aren’t a whole lot.

It was a fair amount of work to put on the festival, but it was a whole lot of fun and totally worth it. I’m glad we were able to draw so many unicyclists, and I think we’re going to try to make that a characteristic we’ll strive for in the future, to keep it different from all the other festivals that are around the same time.

Some good news is that we made a decent profit that we’ll be able to use to make next year’s festival even better!
