In photoshop elements, you go to “image>rotate>mirror”
Or something like that… I have the oldest version of Elements, though.
Yeah but I hop to the left so thats how I would do it.
The artist always draws the riders looking to the left. He flipped this one so that is why the band was on the other side in the finished version.
As for the hand, Nathan is right, that is just his style.
