What are your intentions? Some numbers jugglers i.e. those doing high numbers like 7 and up, use these type of balls for building up muscles and endurance.
Rule of thumb in weightlifting is that low weights with many repititions will tone your muscles, while high weights for fewer repititions will bulk them up.
Unless you plan to juggle those things for hours at a time, you’re not likely to develop massive muscles.
The only use I have ever personally witnessed those type of balls being put to was to toss them to an unsuspecting person who thought they were normal weight balls.
