There has been a pain in my muscle (the one behind the bicep) that has been there for about two weeks now and I dont know what to do. I dont do any work that builds that muscle (consecutively). However I did do some box lifting yesterday to help my friend move. It hurt the same amount than the day before though. Whats going on? What should I do?
What arm is it? Perhaps its just the strain of jumping with your uni. I noticed when I was getting into rolling hops my arm and lower back was sore, and then SIF got me sore again.

There is nothing you can do. It will get better when it feels like it. Two weeks is not real unusual. I’ve had worse, if it helps any. Weight lifting, later, after it has healed, will help in prevention.
Well that isnt a possibility, I have been off the unicycle for 4 months now. Due to the rim and axle bending.

Indeed. However, I have no money whatsoever, my parents are in no position to lend/give me money (serious financial problems). I am unable to get a job due to the fact that we are moving and I will not be able to get a job for about a month or two after we move because we will be very busy. Uhg, stress.
