Looks like the TCUC knows a little something about having fun.
Seattle didn’t fare too poorly at number 10. I’m going to have to find out where these “fun” spots are in Seattle. I think I’m missing out on something.
Especially since Florida has more lakes than Minnesota.
Although, I suppose, it could be argued that ice-skating, ice-boating, and ice-fishing (and, of course ice & snow unicycling ) are a plus that Florida doesn’t have.
Depends on how you define “fun”. As a very broad generalization, I’d say Utah has less fun with alcohol, more fun with sugar and sex…both singly and in combination.
Also, having grown up in NY and lived in SLC, I can say they’re different funs. In SLC, you can’t find many good all-night restaurants. They don’t get the best live music acts…especially jazz and blues…that you can see on a nightly basis in NY. At the same time, in NY you can’t easily go hop on the Snowbird tram, step out at 11,000 feet, and have nothing but deep powder in any direction of the compass you choose before dropping in…
