Sadly no. Didn’t do fire poi in the end, people who were good turned up. I had a go at normal poi on a giraffe, and it worked until I tried a weave. No injuries though, and I think it’ll work, but I’ll try it somewhere other than a crowded city centre first. And just to get back on topic, I think it would have worked really well if only I had those pedals on the giraffe.

Poi on a normal unicycle works well, the only time you have a real problem is if you hit the wheel, so a giraffe should be great for poi. Behind the back weaves are particularly bad for wheel hitting.
The hard thing is getting the poi moves tidy enough so that you don’t have to wiggle around to do them.

i know i was tyring to ride with the seat out in front then i fell off and somehow slipped (indoors hall has slippy floor) and landed on my pedals and it hurt
