48 hole Isuzu hubs

O’sells unicycle/bicycle store in Minnesota has taken order of 48 hole Isuzu
hubs. These hubs are the ones that are used on Miyata and by most peoples
thinking are one of the stronger mass produced unicycle hubs currently
available. They cost about $30 each (I’m pretty sure that is what Terry
O’Sell told me).

While 36 hole hubs are adaquate for most people, I would have definitely had my
costume unicycle built with a 48 hole hub instead of a 36 hole hub.

While Isuzu hubs are strong they won’t be able to handle the abuse that hard
core MUni riders can inflict.

If your interested, give O’sells a call at 612.788.5200.

I think they are actually made by Suzue. The 48 spoke version should make it
much easier to adapt to bicycle rims than the old 36 hole.

Thanks, Andy!
