2024 24 Hours of Summer Solstice in Ontario, Canada

Greetings,

I’m gauging interest in getting a 5 person (or maybe more?) muni team entered into the 2024 24 Hours of Summer Solstice event (June 22-23, 2024) at Albion Hills, Ontario, Canada (not far from Toronto).

Basically the format of the team event is as follows:

  • It’s a giant weekend long camp-out for cyclists
  • Race goes from Noon Saturday to Noon Sunday (24 hrs). All throughout the night, rain or shine!
  • Team riders take turns riding ~17.5km off-road laps (relay style)

Way back in 2002 I was on a 5 person team that participated in this event on unicycle. It was a blast! Some nostalgia and a little write-up from that event: 24 Hrs of Summer Solstice

YES PLEASE!!! I’ve done it in 2018 I think, we did it as a tag team (2 riders) on unicycles. I’d totally be in to do it again with more riders hahaha! And I have another rider here ready for it. We’d be 3 already :smiley:
