Not only rap is unbearable but this idiot Soulja Boy is worse than most others. His songs consist of one or two stupid ass lines that ANYONE could come up with. Hes barely an artist. He writes 3 lines of lyrics (if he ever writes his songs) then his “h0mee GG;s” in the studio do EVERYTHING else. Talentless.

okay, so, what you guys know as rap is actually like 50 cent stuff, soulja boy, and all the other crap artists these days.
REAL rap is good, nearly no chorus, and good strong beats (not chincy stupid beats)
Hip Hop rocks. hip hop is like good beats, mixed with a little turntabling, and good lyrics. Lyrics make the artist.

One thing I hate about pop rap (pretty much every mainstream and most “underground” groups) is how there is no content in their songs.
Loop some crappy beats and then sing a song that can be simplified down to “I’m cool, they’re not cool”.
Listen to Blue Scholars, Common Market or A Tribe Called Quest.
