Did you watch the video to the parts where he was visually speaking Fah, Fah, Fah ?
It could just be Floridians, that experience this effect. Everyone I have shown it to personally hears " Fah, Fah", when observing the “Fah” speaking face.

Seriously though, I did watch the whole video but the effect doesn’t seem to work on me. I’m quite sad about that
